The 8-foot spindleless veneer peeling line is the most widely used technology for veneer production.

The main process flow includes: raw log conveyor -> hydraulic log rounding/debarking machine -> round log conveyor -> CNC spindleless veneer peeling machine -> veneer conveyor line -> automatic veneer stacker.

Depending on the investment budget and production capacity requirements, the line offers three operating modes:
A: Fully automatic line—requires no manual intervention, saves labor costs, allows for 24-hour continuous operation, and offers high production capacity.
B: Semi-automatic line—requires only two operators; suitable for medium-sized enterprises.
C: Manual line—requires investment in only two core machines (the log rounding/debarking machine and the veneer peeling lathe); suitable for small factories or pilot production runs.
