JETTING FOUNDATION DRYER
The blast cleaning belt veneer dryer is the main equipment of veneer production lines in the veneer department, as veneer drying is used. When the input end is connected to the input shelf and the output end is connected to the cutting machine and conveyor belt, the whole machine is a continuous production process. By adopting new mechanical methods such as cross-circulation vertical jet method, double-deck conveyor line, stepless transmission and electric control, the quality and efficiency of drying with this machine are guaranteed. Therefore, our product has the advantages of good drying quality, fast drying speed, high productivity, ease of use and maintenance, as well as safety and reliability.
The BG183 belt dryer consists of 11 standard sections, 2 meters as standard for one heating section, one cooling section, one conveyor system, one inlet roller and one outlet roller. Customers can use the machine from 5 to 15 sections depending on your needs.
