Single-Sheet Dryer
This machine is a new type of single-sheet drying hot press, developed by our company based on years of experience and ongoing innovation. It has been proven by numerous users in the forestry industry to be a highly efficient, energy-saving drying solution designed to remove moisture and flatten veneer sheets. After the drying process, the sheets are exceptionally flat and exhibit an appropriate degree of shrinkage. A synchronized opening/closing mechanism, utilizing lever-type springs, is symmetrically integrated into the hot press, allowing for simultaneous contact with—or separation from—the various layers of veneer. The custom-engineered heating platens are designed for rapid heat transfer and efficient steam discharge. The unit features a robust frame structure and is equipped with a cylinder-based inlet, making installation highly convenient. Saturated steam serves as the heat source for the heating platens, ensuring high efficiency and low energy consumption. An automated electrical control system, configured according to pre-set parameters, manages the moisture removal process throughout the entire operation. The machine is very simple to operate.
