Application

Microwave drying equipment creates a uniform microwave field inside plywood, heating the plywood evenly. The drying process eliminates temperature gradient and moisture gradient, achieving nearly uniform temperature throughout the plywood. Water is discharged from inside the veneer, and the compression expansion coefficient of plywood is matched. Therefore, the drying process can largely avoid distortion, cracking, over-drying and carbonization loss, and improve plywood yield.
