The 110-ton PLC-HMI programmable hot press is an intelligent CNC hot press equipped with PLC, pressure sensor, temperature sensor, HMI and other precision numerical control components. The electrical parts can set and display key parameters such as pressure, temperature, time and safety status. All information displayed on the LCD screen guides operators to reduce faults and reject rate, and prevent machine damage.

This laminating hot press is suitable for furniture factories or panel secondary processing plants. It can laminate furniture panels, building partitions, wooden doors, or bond all kinds of decorative materials onto artificial boards. It can also be used for veneer drying and leveling.

1. Adopt heavy-duty drilled conductive hot plate, faster heating speed, uniform heat conduction and lower energy consumption.
2. Main electrical components are Omron or Schneider, stable and long service life.
3. German Hawe hydraulic valve with automatic opening function, high pressure holding capacity, reliable operation and less manual intervention.
4. Piston-type cylinder. The piston is heat-treated, precision ground, hard chrome-plated and polished. It is sturdy and high-precision, fitted with special sealing rings for reliable and durable performance.
5. Mylar reinforced inlet & outlet hoses with external flexible steel wire reinforcement, long service cycle and anti-damage property.
6. Equipped with emergency stop button and secondary over-temperature protection device.
