The organic coolant furnaces of the YLL/YGL series are boilers with a chain grate and a fixed hearth with forced circulation. The boiler consists of an upper part and a lower grate/fixed hearth, which are assembled on site.
The heating surface of the boiler body has close-packed round coils, which consist of inner and outer layers of tightly packed coils. Coil clearances are fuel compatible to reduce ash deposits.
The butt joint of pipes to the boiler heating surface requires automatic gas shielded welding processes and equipment, and 100% online real-time X-ray detection is available. The welding quality is stable and reliable.
The boiler is fully assembled, has a compact design, small parts and a short installation cycle.

1. High efficiency and energy saving

The heat exchange surface of the furnace body adopts a tightly packed coil structure, and the S-type multiple flue gas return flow heat exchanger has high heat transfer coefficient and high thermal efficiency.
The boiler end is equipped with a high-efficiency air preheater or energy-saving steam/hot water products to absorb heat, reduce exhaust gas temperature, improve thermal efficiency and reduce fuel consumption.
The boiler uses high-quality insulation materials and special design, and the heat loss is small.
The grate and roof of the furnace are specially designed, the air volume is adjusted independently, the coal is burned evenly and completely, and the type of coal is widely adaptable.
Combining industrial automation control technologies, Internet technologies, computer software and artificial intelligence technologies to create an IoT platform for industrial boilers enables remote human-computer interaction and data exchange, as well as automatic control.

The heating surface of the body has tightly packed coils, and the heating surface is properly positioned, which effectively reduces the heat load on the surface of the tube, and the use of heat-conducting oil medium is safer.
Average consumption is acceptable. The heat transfer oil ranges from low (input) to high (output). The medium gas generated during operation is difficult to contain in the furnace and can be easily removed from the system.
The furnace roof is made in the form of a tightly spaced tidal coil arc to avoid burnout of the furnace roof, and has a long continuous use cycle.
To operate the boiler, remote and ground-based multi-parameter monitoring is used, as well as all automatic control and monitoring tools.
